"Article II.  Purpose The Faculty Council is established pursuant to regulations of the Board of Trustees of the School, to act as a committee of the whole for the faculty of the school (as defined in Article III) and to present to the Executive Director its point of view on all matters of concern to the school. It will consider general and specific educational policies of the school from creative, analytical, and critical standpoints. It will act on behalf of the faculty members in the school. It will assist the Director in every way possible in finding the most satisfactory operation of the school's programs. It will seek to carry out those tasks assigned to it by the Executive Director or the Executive Director 's designated representative."

• Benefits-health care, retirement, etc.
• Working conditions
• Faculty and EPA issues of hiring, contracts, and salary

Curriculum:
