a.       Volunteers are needed for the Faculty Council Nominating Committee.

b.      Report on the Board meeting

2.      Approval of the minutes of the last meeting.

3.      Discussion items   

a.       The discussion of the Academic Integrity Ad Hoc Committee’s  recommendations for summer reading will be continued.  A motion will be made.

                            b.  Proposed changes to the Student Code of Conduct.
