Announcements:

1.  Board Reports - liaisons will share happenings of the recent BOT meeting

Discussion items:

0.  Approval of minutes of 9/19 meeting

1.  Student workload - results of recent surveys will be shared and potentially a recommendation for expectations will be made.

2.  Hospitality fund - we used to donate to a schoolwide fund and then as an institution recognize important times in our lives.  Do we want to re-institute this.  Staff council will also address this issue in an upcoming meeting.

3.  Admissions interview - the interview process for applicants will change this year.  The committee working on this would like to share their thoughts and seek input to the process.
