NCSSM NSBE Jr Chapter places 2nd and 3rd in Regional Engineering Design Competition

Dr. Ershela Sims and Miss Effie Padula accompanied our NSBE Jr. chapter  to Baltimore, MD for the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Region 2 Fall Conference where they competed in the High School Engineering Design Competition.  Two teams of students competed and placed 2nd and 3rd. Team Nemesis placed 2nd and team BENS placed third. The members of each team are listed below:
