Ethan Duncan joined NCSSM in 2022 as a Facilities Technician for our Morganton campus. A Morganton native and Patton High School alumnus, he earned his associate degree at Western Piedmont Community College during his high school years. As someone who has lived near this campus his entire life, he passed by the historic buildings and barn thousands of times growing up. It was the wonder of seeing this campus brought back to life that drew him to work at NCSSM. He enjoys working to maintain the campus and seeing it beautify and grow for the use of future generations, and expanding the outreach potential of his hometown.
