Room Inspections

To further ensure that state and School standards as maintained, weekly room inspections will be conducted by each SLI. During these inspections, SLIs will check for cleanliness, damages to the room or furniture, and to make sure the safety guidelines are being followed. These inspections normally will be announced, although unannounced inspections may be done occasionally. The SLI will inform students on the hall of the expectations before the first inspection so they will know how to prepare. Students who fail room inspections may receive a Level I and labor detail. Room cleanliness also will be graded on trimester report cards.
