Housekeeping

As part of their community service to NCSSM, students are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their residential environment. NCSSM residence halls are required to meet and maintain state health standards and are inspected by a State Health Inspector during the school year. Students will be assigned various housekeeping tasks throughout the year and will be provided the materials with which to complete them. Students who fail to thoroughly complete their assigned tasks will be subject to disciplinary action. Their performance also will be graded in the residential section on their report cards. Students who have concerns about housekeeping are encouraged to see their SLI to discuss the issue.
