Students are given guidelines for decorating their rooms on Move-In Day and should adhere to them as they go about making their rooms comfortable. Students may only use blue painter’s tape for hanging posters on the walls. Duct tape, masking tape, transparent tape, double-sided (transparent and foam) tape, pins, thumbtacks, brads, nails and poster putty are prohibited as they either damage or leave residue on the walls. Painter’s tape may not be used to create designs on walls, doors or floors.
