Phased Retirement Programs

Introduction

The University of North Carolina and NCSSM Phased Retirement Program provides an opportunity for eligible full-time tenured equivalent faculty members to make an orderly transition to retirement through half-time (or equivalent) service.  This section outlines the information and procedures for participation in the Phased Retirement Program.
