Sometimes employees receive subpoenas or legal papers indicating that an administrative complaint or law suit has been filed against the School or its employees. Such papers should be forwarded immediately to General Counsel so that all deadlines are met and further legal risk is avoided. In the event of an administrative complaint against the School and/or its employees acting within the course and scope of their employment, the Office of General Counsel prepares the School's response.
