Academic Records

All student academic records are maintained by the NCSSM Registrar and are subject to the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) as well as the guidelines of the University of North Carolina General Administration.

Transcripts

Student transcripts are maintained in the Registrar’s Office and are available for review by appropriate staff on a need to know basis.

FERPA Rights

All student records at NCSSM are protected by the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Further information regarding appropriate access to records may be obtained from both the NCSSM Registrar and General Counsel.
