Overview
Blue Mirror is the art and literature journal of the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics, devoted to providing an outlet for the creativity and passion of NCSSM students. The magazine is primarily student-run, with assistance from faculty advisor John Woodmansee.
New issues are released twice a year, and distributed free of charge. The most recent issue (volume 5, issue 1) was released in Fall 2009; copies are available in the Bryan lobby and the Borden Mace library.

John Woodmansee has been teaching English at NCSSM since 1992. His courses include American Studies, Western Civilization, Modern Drama, and Creative Writing. In addition to advising the Blue Mirror staff, he sponsors the Juggling Club.
