To All Staff:
Human Resources and Payroll will provide hands-on Employee Self Service Time Entry assistance to staff on April 23rd between the hours of 10 am to 12 pm in the Harry Lab.
Please continue to complete a hard copy timesheet for the month of April and bring that timesheet with you to the Harry Lab. HR and Payroll staff will walk you through the process individually so that you are comfortable with using the Employee Self Service Time Entry system.
If you are not able to attend the April 23rd time, let Stew know and we will make arrangements for you to come to HR and use the KIOSK that has been set up for this purpose.
If you are comfortable entering time without assistance, congratulations! But if you need us, we are here. - Employee ID cards (posted 17mar)
Mailings of your Employee ID number from Beacon have begun. You should have received or shortly will be receiving your card in the US Mail. If you have not received your Employee ID card by March 21st, you should contact HR and ask them to check on it. Be sure you have activated your Beacon account so you know that you are in the system. NCID Registration
Please self register by clicking the link in Quicklinks section at the top of this page.This Employee Self Service Time Entry link takes you directly to the course.
The deadline for the Beacon Go Live program (1 April) is rapidly approaching. All full-time employees need to have a NCID in order to log into the Beacon site to enter data for their payroll checks. No NCID, No Beacon, NO PAYCHECK!!!
