 The
NCSSM Unicorns are competitive in many major high school sports, attracting many
of the state's top athletes as well as students. Take one step into the Charles
R. Eilber Physical Education Center and you'll notice an expansive trophy case
depicting a student body as rich in athletic tradition as any high school in North
Carolina.
Sports schedules are arranged closely around academic calendars to ensure our
student-athletes can excel in both arenas, enabling many NCSSM student-athletes
to be considered for any number of  athletic
grants and scholarships.
