•1365 alumni (17.3%) participated
•Excluding major challenge gifts, nearly $240,000 was raised by alumni, a 70% increase from last year, and a 300% increase compared to three years ago
•$525,000 in matching challenge gifts were triggered
•More than $750,000 raised as a result of the “Million Dollar Match” Alumni Challenge Annual Fund Campaign
This year, generous donors have challenged NCSSM alumni, students, staff, faculty, and even retired faculty, to join together in support of the NCSSM Annual Fund by offering more than $1 million in challenge grants. These grants are triggered by participation, making the act of financial support both meaningful and especially impactful during the current state budget crisis. There are, of course, many different reasons to support NCSSM and many different ways to do so – from charitable giving, to fundraising, to legislative advocacy, to building public awareness, and more. Join your fellow alumni, parents and friends in expressing your support for NCSSM below or learn more about making a contribution to the Million Dollar Match.
