Unlike any other high school math department in the state, our instructors also serve as professional development resources. Math teachers throughout the state look to bolster other programs by citing our textbooks, attending our annual workshops, distance learning seminars and reviewing many of the papers and lectures our faculty members author and give.

Our Math Department also serves as a resource for students and teachers of mathematics across North Carolina.
